There are a quite a number of golf courses in Chilliwack. You have
18-hole Meadowlands Golf & Country Club, Cheam Par 3 Golf Course
18-hole and the 9-hole at Players Arms Recreation Center.

Lake Golf
In Cultus Lake there is 9-hole
Cultus Lake Golf Course and 18-hole Aquadell Golf Course. Then in
Sardis there is 9-hole Kinkora Golf Course.
Abbotsford
Airport
Besides travelling by vehicle or public transportation to Chilliwack,
you can also use the international airport located at Abbotsford
only 30 minutes away. West-Jet operates a scheduled airplane from
to Calgary and Edmonton in Alberta. From here, you can utilize a
shuttle service to Chilliwack by Abbotsford Airport Shuttle Service.

Nation
Affiliated with the Stó:lõ Nation are the nearby Squiala
First Nations with two settlements in Chilliwack. There is also
the Tzeachten First Nation and the Sumas Nation residing in nearby
Abbotsford. Other affiliations reside
throughout the Fraser Valley Region stretching out as far as Hope.

Minter Gardens is situated in the east side of Chilliwack at 52892
Bunker Road close to Popkum. For directions
to Minter Gardens from the Trans-Canada Hwy 1: from Hope
take the Young Road Exit 135; coming from Abbotsford
take Yale Road Exit 119 eventually turning east on Airport Road.

Every year the Chilliwack Municipal Airport also plays host to the
Chilliwack Flight Test a show featuring excellent aerobatic stunts.
